The Pediatric Advanced Life Support course is intended for healthcare providers who work in emergency settings or any clinical setting where treatment of pediatric patients is a possibility.
This course will provide you with the essential knowledge in recognizing the conditions that cause acute pediatric respiratory and circulatory emergencies and provide you with the skills to work as a team to successfully manage the patient’s condition. The course is conducted over two days by experienced emergency medical instructors. You will undertake hands-on, assessment-driven scenarios where teamwork and critical thinking will be required for successful resolution.
